Ayr Garden is located up the hill from Porthmeor Beach with glorious sea and bay views from all rooms.
Step from the bedrooms onto the large balcony to watch the sun-rise over St Ives Bay or see the sun set to the west.
The floor to ceiling glazing throughout allows you watching the St Ives Bay and the northern Cornwall cost and to see the weather cross by.
The lovely open plan living on the ground floor allows you to spend time together, and from there you can step out through the sliding doors into the garden and enjoy plenty of space to relax, to dine and for children to play. The Garden is closed off from entry from the road.
The house is carefully designed in a nordic-beach style and set up to accommodate families or friends and has a wide range of high end amenities and furniture for you to enjoy. The place have 2 working desks allowing you to work away from home if needed. A place you don't want to leave again.
